Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Confirmation emails will be sent upon successful registration.   ### 2. **Cancellation and Refund Policy** Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by August 28, 2026 No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Registrations may be transferred to another person with prior notice.   ### 3. **Event Modifications and Cancellations** GivingData reserves the right to make changes to the event agenda, speakers, or venue. In the unlikely event of cancellation, GivingData will refund registration fees but is not responsible for other incurred costs (travel, lodging, etc.).   ### 4. **Code of Conduct** All attendees must abide by GivingData’s Code of Conduct, which includes respectful behavior toward all participants. Harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.   ### 5. **Photography and Media** By registering, you grant GivingData the right to use photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
