What does this mean for me as a client?

You will continue to work with the same team, using the same product, and receiving the same level of support you’ve always counted on. The big change is that we now have more resources and strategic backing to improve and grow — without compromising what made you choose us in the first place. 

Are you planning on combining or sunsetting any of the products?

No. Your product will remain independent, and there are no plans to migrate clients to other systems. We will explore product integration if it creates clear, direct benefits that allow you, our customer, to better achieve your mission.

What if I used to be a client of Foundant or SmartSimple?

That history matters. We understand that you chose to switch to us for important reasons—and we’re committed to enhancing the system you selected, GivingData. This is about building on what’s already working and a continued investment in what sets us apart.  

Will pricing change as a result of the merger?

There are no planned pricing changes as a result of this merger. If any changes occur in the future, they will be communicated transparently and will be justified by clear value. 

I’ve seen other mergers and acquisitions not go as planned. How is this different?

That’s a fair concern. We’re holding onto what works—our product, team, and service—and using this partnership to grow responsibly, strengthen our core, and keep your experience at the center without losing who we are as a company. 

What should I do next?

Nothing needs to change on your end. Just continue working with us as you always have. If you have questions, we’re available to talk. 

Will you still offer the same level of service and support?

Yes. Our commitment to high-quality, responsive service is not changing. The people you know and trust are still here—and will continue to support you. 

Will I still have the same contacts on your team?

Absolutely! The client experience team will remain the same. You will continue to work with your current implementation project manager or client success manager. You will still collaborate with the same members of our client support team. We are committed to ensuring that you receive the same services and support you have grown to expect from our team.

Is this going to change the roadmap or priorities for your product?

As always, our roadmap will be driven by the shared customer and industry priorities that we have always guided our work at GivingData. With added resources, we expect to accelerate the improvements and innovations you've been asking for.
