Like you, we at GivingData are confronting new realities as a result of the public health crisis in which we all find ourselves. We are taking a close look at how these circumstances are likely to influence our ongoing service and support for you and making adjustments where necessary. From our first days as a company, GivingData has been a geographically dispersed team accustomed to working from home. We are set up very well to work and continue our operations under these conditions.
That said, we recognize that everyone's lives are likely to be different for the weeks and months ahead. School and daycare closings, travel restrictions, and actual illnesses can affect how we, collectively, continue to collaborate with one another. We are firmly committed to continuing our support of your grantmaking operations and your collaborations with your grantees as we always have. Our data centers are fully operational, our support channel is fully staffed, projects continue to move forward as planned, and we continue to build new features and functionality in GivingData. Business as usual.
As your situations and needs continue to evolve over the coming weeks, please help us help you by communicating any changes in your work schedule or other short-term needs so that we can meet these new challenges together. For active projects, we will be in close coordination with you to ensure work continues apace. If you are not currently involved in an active project, our support channel will continue to be a resource for you as needed. We will stay in touch with you so that you know of any changes on our side. But for now, our modus operandi will be, as the old British adage says, to Keep Calm and Carry On.
Through all of this, I hope you and those close to you stay safe and healthy. Thank you for your ongoing partnership as you continue the important mission-driven work that you do. This work is all the more critical as we head into these times of increased uncertainty.
